Join us for a 45 minute Masterclass with expert panellists. Many businesses are increasingly recognising the value of older workers filling skills shortages and the benefits that having mixed-age teams can bring. However, in the digital era, it is important for older workers to understand the basics of working in a digital format. In the webinar we will discuss:

-Ways in which older workers can upskill in the digital age
-Work opportunities for older people including apprenticeships.
-Learn more about Job opportunities within the Manufacturing sector via the Made Futures exhibition
